Abstruct submission deadline: 9:00AM (UTC), 28 February, 2025 9:00AM (GMT), 15 March, 2025 [EXTENDED][CLOSED]
Registration and payment deadline for presenters: April 30 (Wed.), 2025 (9:00AM, UTC)
Registration and payment deadline for general participant (without presentation): July 11 (Fri.), 2025 (9:00AM, UCT)
- Participants can choose to attend and present onsite or online.
- The abstract title must be within 300 one-byte characters, including spaces.
- The abstract body must not exceed 250 words.
- There are two types of presentations: Oral and Poster. However, the final decision on oral presentations will be made based on the Scientific Committee’s review.
- Notification of abstract acceptance and presentation format will be sent around mid-April.
- Presenters are required to complete registration and pay the participation fee by 30 April; otherwise, their presentations will be canceled.
- After the submission deadline, submission, editing of registered information, and withdrawal of the presentation will no longer be possible.
